You receive ongoing access for at least 24 months from purchase. We notify you well in advance of any changes and offer downloads where possible.
Are the courses suitable for apartments with low light?
Yes. We label low-light friendly varieties and provide alternative placements and supplemental light tips that respect energy use and safety.
Do you make medical claims?
No. We focus on culinary and gardening skills only. We do not diagnose or prescribe. Always consult a professional for health questions.
What if I’m a complete beginner?
Begin with our Easy track. You’ll learn watering rhythm, soil choice, and gentle pest-safe practices before exploring blends and cooking.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 14-day refund if you haven’t downloaded materials and have completed less than 20% of the course. Read our Terms.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes, a completion certificate is available for most courses. It reflects learning hours and modules but is not an academic credential.
How do favorites (Fallows) work?
Click “Add to Fallows” in the Catalog or Details. We store course IDs privately in your browser. You can remove them anytime from Fallows.
